穴位按摩联合情志护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状况和负性情绪的影响

Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Emotional Nursing on Sleep Status and Negative Emotion of Schizophrenic Patients

目的:探讨穴位按摩联合情志护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状况和负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2022年3—10月广州市民政局精神病院收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩联合情志护理。比较两组负性情绪、睡眠状况、护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:穴位按摩联合情志护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠状况和负性情绪有积极改善作用,可提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on sleep status and negative emotions in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 schizophrenic patients admitted to Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital from March 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing on the basis of control group.Negative emotion,sleep status,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with emotional nursing can positively improve the sleep status and negative emotion of patients with schizophrenia,and can improve patient's satisfaction.
