个体化综合护理对肝癌患者的影响

Impact of Individualized Comprehensive Care on Liver Cancer Patients

目的:分析肝癌患者行个体化综合护理的有效性。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第904医院接受治疗的肝癌患者78例作为研究对象,按照入院序号分为对照组与试验组,各39例,试验组给予个体化综合护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理满意度,癌性疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间,负性情绪评分、生活质量评分及社会支持评分。结果:试验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);护理后,试验组癌性疼痛评分低于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,试验组躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,试验组主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:积极开展个体化综合护理,利于缓解肝癌患者癌性疼痛程度,缩短疼痛时间,提升生活质量,改善负性情绪,患者满意度较高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of individualized comprehensive care for patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients with liver cancer who received treatment in the 904 Hospital of the Chinese PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the admission number,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group was given individualized comprehensive care and the control group was given routine care.Patients'nursing satisfaction,cancer pain degree,pain duration,negative emotion score,quality of life score and social support score were compared between two groups.Results:The total satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);after nursing,the score of cancer pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the pain duration in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of physical function,social function and emotional function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of subjective support,objective support and utilization of support in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Active implementation of individualized comprehensive care is beneficial to relieving cancer pain degree,shortening pain duration,improving the quality of life and ameliorating negative emotion of patients with liver cancer,with a high satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
