唤醒护理对重症监护室重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者的影响

Effect of Awakening Nursing on Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury and Coma in ICU

目的:观察唤醒护理对于重症监护室(ICU)重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者的临床影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月于城阳区人民医院ICU进行治疗的重症颅脑损伤患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各45例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组在参照组基础上实施唤醒护理。比较两组患者的血压水平、神经功能损伤、昏迷状况、生活与认知能力评分。结果:试验组舒张压和收缩压水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);护理后1、2个月,试验组神经功能损伤评分低于参照组,昏迷状况评分高于参照组;试验组生活能力、认知能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU重症颅脑损伤患者使用唤醒护理的应用效果显著,能够有效恢复患者的生命体征,缓解其神经功能损伤与昏迷状况,提升其生活与认知水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of awakening nursing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury and coma in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in the ICU of Chengyang District People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received awakening nursing on the basis of reference group.The blood pressure levels,neurological impairment,coma status,life and cognitive ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the scores of neurological impairment in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the scores of coma status in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group at 1 and 2 months after nursing;and the scores of life ability and cognitive ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of awakening nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury in ICU has a significant effect,which can effectively restore the vital signs of patients,alleviate their neurological impairment and coma status,and improve their life and cognitive level.
