呼吸功能锻炼联合心理护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Respiratory Function Exercise Combined with Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受呼吸功能锻炼联合心理护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月江苏大学附属医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予呼吸功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者肺功能指标、生活质量、情绪状态变化情况。结果:护理后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))/用力肺活量、最大呼气流量及FEV_(1)占预计值百分比均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸功能锻炼和心理护理干预联合应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的效果理想,在改善患者负性情绪、生活质量、肺功能方面有积极作用,有进一步推广的价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of respiratory function exercise and psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received the respiratory function exercise,and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The changes of lung function index,quality of life and emotional state of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))/forced vital capacity,maximum expiratory flow and the percentage of FEV_(1) to the predicted value were increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of respiratory symptoms,locomotor activity and disease impact were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of respiratory function exercise and psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has ideal effects,which plays a positive role on ameliorating negative emotion,quality of life and lung function of patients,and has the value of further promotion.
