优化急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者急救质量的影响

Impact of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process on First Aid Quality in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析优化急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者急救效率的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优化急诊护理流程管理。比较两组诊疗时间指标、护理满意度、护理质量及抢救时间。结果:观察组医生接诊时间、通知急救小组时间、急救小组就位时间、CT检查完成时间、CT总时间、发病至溶栓治疗时间、CT报告出具时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组前瞻性病情分析、医嘱执行、护理急救评分高于对照组,医生接诊时间、院前抢救时间、急诊抢救时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对急性脑梗死患者进行急救期间,通过优化急诊护理流程可提高急救效率和急救质量,患者的满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the impact of optimizing the emergency nursing process on the first aid efficiency of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group optimized the emergency nursing process management.The indicators of diagnosis and treatment time,nursing satisfaction,nursing quality and rescue time were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of doctor reception,the time of notifying the emergency team,the time of the emergency team arrival,the time of CT examination completion,total time of CT,the time of DNT and the time of issuing CT report in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of prospective disease condition analysis,doctor order execution,and nursing first aid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the doctor reception time,pre-hospital rescue time,and emergency rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the first aid of patients with acute cerebral infarction,the efficiency and quality of first aid can be improved by optimizing the emergency nursing process,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
