综合康复护理在颈椎病治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探究颈椎病患者采用综合康复护理的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月—2020年10月江苏省人民医院收治的颈椎病患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。研究组应用综合康复护理,对照组应用常规护理。比较两组患者疼痛程度、关节功能、临床疗效及生活质量。结果:护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组颈椎病症状评定量表评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组患者临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);护理后,两组健康生活简表评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合康复护理对颈椎病患者的临床应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善关节功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 90 patients of cervical spondylosis who were admitted to Jiangsu Province Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group applied comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the control group applied routine nursing.The pain degree,joint function,clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of visual analogue scale in two groups were decreased,the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of the cervical spondylosis symptom rating scale in the two groups were increased,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after nursing,the scores of the healthy living short form in the two groups were increased,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a significant clinical application effect in patients with cervical spondylosis,and can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,ameliorate joint function and improve quality of life.
