Simultaneous determination of fifteen constituents in Zhuriheng Dropping Pills by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 目的建立UPLC-MS/MS法同时测定朱日亨滴丸中鞣花酸、没食子酸、去氢二异丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、榄香素、绿原酸、栀子苷、芦丁、羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、沉香四醇、龙脑、胆酸、牛磺酸、去氧胆酸的含量。方法该药物50%乙醇溶液的分析采用Thermo C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸(含10 mmol/L乙酸铵),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温30℃;电喷雾离子源;正负离子扫描。结果15种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.9900),平均加样回收率75.91%~112.13%,RSD 3.09%~10.66%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、高效,可用于朱日亨滴丸的质量控制。 AIM To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of ellagic acid,gallic acid,dehydrodiisoeugenol,methyleugenol,agarotetrol,elemicin,chlorogenic acid,geniposide,rutin,ferulic acid,hydroysafflor-yellow A,deoxycholic acid,cholic acid,borneol and taurine in Zhuriheng Dropping Pills.METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol solution of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Thermo C_(18)column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid(containing 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate)flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and electron spray ionization source was adopted in positive and negative ion scanning.RESULTS Fifteen constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2)>0.9900),whose average recoveries were 75.91%-112.13%with the RSDs of 3.06%-10.66%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and efficient method can be used for the quality control of Zhuriheng Dropping Pills.
