强心合剂HPLC指纹图谱建立及11种成分测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立强心合剂HPLC指纹图谱,并测定槲皮素-3-O-β-D葡萄糖7-O-β-D龙胆双糖苷(QGG)、芥子碱硫氰酸盐、芥子酸、大车前苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、车前草苷D、毛蕊异黄酮、黄芩素、芒刺柄花素、白术内酯Ⅲ、甲基麦冬二氢高异黄酮B的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长230 nm。结果15批样品指纹图谱中有20个共有峰,相似度均大于0.930。11种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率98.47%~102.85%,RSD 0.76%~1.74%。结论该方法准确稳定,可用于强心合剂的质量控制。 AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Qiangxin Mixture,and to determine the contents of quercetin-3-O-β-D glucose 7-O-β-D gentil disglycoside(QGG),sinarin thiocyanate,erucinic acid,macrocetin,calycosin-7-glucoside,plananthine D,calycosin,baicalin,pilonidin,atracolactoneⅢand methylophiopogon dihydrogen isoflavone B.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 40℃thermostatic Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS There were twenty common peaks in the fingerprints for fifteen batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.930.Eleven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 98.47%-102.85%with the RSDs of 0.76%-1.74%.CONCLUSION This accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Qiangxin Mixture.
