Simultaneous determination of six constituents in Xiao’er Qingyan Granules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定小儿清咽颗粒中单咖啡酰酒石酸、连翘酯苷A、菊苣酸、连翘苷、牛蒡苷、哈巴俄苷的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长278、330 nm。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),平均加样回收率96.80%~102.61%,RSD 0.26%~1.93%。结论该方法简便准确,可用于小儿清咽颗粒的质量控制。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of monocaffeyltartaric acid,forsythiaside A,chicoric acid,phillyrin,arctiin and harpagoside in Waigan Fenghan Granules.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 278,330 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9994),whose average recoveries were 96.80%-102.61%with the RSDs of 0.26%-1.93%.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Qingyan Granules.
