基于机器视觉的变电站危险区域作业风险监测预警

摘要 为实现对变电站作业过程中危险行为的感知与精准预警,开展变电站危险区域作业风险监测预警方法的设计研究。引进机器视觉技术,实现变电站电气设备运行的监测;录入变电站中电气设备的监测信息,作为建模的序列样本,根据其作业覆盖范围,引进机器视觉技术进行变电站作业区域背景的建模;提取空间中的尺度特征点,设定不同电气设备作业过程中的行为阈值,实现区域危险点的特征匹配与风险预警。对比结果表明,该方法可以精准识别变电站危险区域的作业风险,也能对风险及时预警,避免变电站相关人员误入危险区域,发生安全事故。 In order to realize the perception and accurate early warning of dangerous behavior in substation operation,the design and research of risk monitoring and early warning method for substation operation in dangerous areas are carried out.Introduce machine vision technology to realize the monitoring of substation electrical equipment operation.The monitor information of that electrical equipment in the substation is taken as a sequence sample in modeling,and machine vision technology is introduce to model the background of the substation operation area according to its operation coverage.The scale feature points in the space are extracted,and the behavior thresholds of different electrical equipment during operation are set,so as to realize the feature matching and risk early warning of regional dangerous points.The comparison results show that this method can accurately identify the operation risk in the dangerous area of substation and timely warn the risk,so as to prevent the relevant personnel of substation from straying into the dangerous area and causing safety accidents.
