校地融合视角下地方高校服务乡村振兴共赢路径探析

乡村振兴战略自党的十九大首次提出后,如何在实施过程中深化校地合作、实现双向共赢一直是地方和高校共同关注的焦点。以盐城地区为例分析发现,地方高校在人才培养、科学研究、文化输入和社会服务等服务乡村振兴建设方面取得一定进展,但也存在着服务氛围不浓、动力不强、贡献不够和合力不足等问题。提出地方高校应立足盐阜大地,加大政策宣传力度、完善运行机制、加强顶层设计,有计划、有重点、有组织地开展研究与服务,进一步激发主体能动性,提升乡村振兴服务能力;围绕乡村产业、人才、文化、生态和组织等“五大振兴”,进一步深化校地合作,汇聚乡村振兴力量,最终实现乡村振兴和地方高校高质量发展共赢局面。

Since the Rural Revitalization Strategy was first put forward at the 19th CPC National Congress,how to deepen university-locality cooperation and achieve two-way win-win situation has been the focus of local and university attention.Taking Yancheng area as an example,it is found that local colleges and universities have made some progress in serving rural revitalization construction,such as talent training,scientific research,cultural input,social service and so on.However,there are also some problems,such as weak service atmosphere,weak motivation,insufficient contribution,lack of joint efforts and so on.It is pointed out that local colleges and universities should be based on the locality,strengthen policy publicity,improve operating mechanism,strengthen top-level design,carry out research and services in a planned,focused and organized manner,further stimulate the initiative of the main body,and enhance the service ability of rural revitalization.Centering on the"five major revitalizations"of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,we will further deepen university-locality cooperation,gather rural revitalization forces,and finally achieve a win-win situation of rural revitalization and high-quality development of local colleges and universities.
