摘要
通过结构方程模型检验混合式教学质量影响的主要变量,即学生学习能力、教师教学能力和教学过程的作用机理,验证了学生学习能力对教学效果影响的调节效应,揭示了教学过程在教师教学能力对学生满意度影响中起到部分中介作用,从而提出在混合式教学中提高学生学习能力、改善教学组织过程具有关键性作用。
The structural equation model was used to examine the main variables that affect the quality of blended teaching,namely students'learning ability,teachers'teaching ability,and the mechanism of the teaching process.The moderating effect of students'learning ability on teaching effectiveness was verified,and the teaching process played a partial mediating role in the impact of teachers'teaching ability on student satisfaction.It was revealed that the key role of improving students'learning abilities and improving teaching organizational processes.
