数字时代在线学习者情感体验的调查及优化策略 被引量:1

Investigation and Optimization Strategy on Emotional Experience of Online Learners in Digital Age

摘要 数字时代下在线课堂教学出现了学习者情感体验不佳的现象。调查表明,学习内容的挑战性和相关性与学习者情感投入呈高度正相关,学习成效感和学习难度与情感投入呈中度正相关,学习者的认知投入和行为投入均正向并显著影响其情感投入。因此,通过实施情感交互策略、情感支架策略、情感认同策略和情感反馈策略,能够提升数字时代在线学习者的体验感,实现在线学习者情感体验的优化。 There emerged the poor emotional experience for online learners in the classroom teaching empowered by information technology in Digital Age.The investigation showed that the challenge and the relevance of online learning content were highly positively related to learners'emotional engagement,their senses of learning effectiveness and the difficulty of learning content were moderately positively related to emotional engagement.It also revealed that both cognitive and behavioral engagements positively and significantly predicted emotional engagement.Based on the above research,the implementation of emotional interaction strategy,emotional scaffolding strategy,emotional identification strategy,and emotional feedback strategy will enhance online learners'experience and optimize their emotional experience during online learning.
