摘要
水平延深风井设计采用暗斜井延深井筒方案,原设计选用倾角负25°向下施工炮掘工艺,但根据当地火工品管理流程,审批环节复杂,每月有效生产天数少,且使用爆破作业巷道成型差,爆炸伤人、有毒有害气体等危险性增加,爆破掘进工艺作业效率低等;综合比较巷道坡度对掘进工艺及安全施工的影响,选用倾角-18°综合机械化掘进工艺,有效的提高了掘进效率,节省巷道掘进支出成本,保证了巷道施工的安全性。
The design of the horizontal extended deep air shaft adopts the scheme of extending the shaft with a concealed inclined shaft.The original design used the blasting excavation process with a negative inclination angle of 25°downward.However,according to the local pyrotechnic management process,the approval process is complex,with fewer effective production days per month,and the use of blasting operation has poor formation of the tunnel,increasing the risk of explosion injuries,toxic and harmful gases,and low efficiency of the blasting excavation process;By comprehensively comparing the impact of tunnel slope on excavation technology and safety construction,a comprehensive mechanized excavation process with an inclination angle of-18°was selected,which effectively improved excavation efficiency,saved tunnel excavation expenses,and ensured the safety of tunnel construction.
