出砂油井组合举升排砂工艺的实验与应用

油井出砂是油井生产过程中导致油井维护周期短,增加维护成本的重要因素之一。通过防砂手段可有效抑制油井出砂,但对于出泥浆或细粉砂无法防砂的油井,可通过排砂手段恢复油井正常生产,通过实施一种组合举升工艺有效解决生产难题,具有一定的推广价值。

It is one of the important factors that lead to short maintenance period and increase maintenance cost during sand production.Sand control can effectively restrain the sand production of oil Wells,but for the Wells that can't be controlled by mud or fine silt,the normal production of oil Wells can be restored by sand discharge.A combination lifting process is tested to solve the production problem effectively and has been popularized.
