产学研用一体化建管模式推进电力工程跨越式发展 被引量:1

摘要 为保证我国500 kV电压等级跨海联网输变电工程——浙江舟山500 kV联网输变电工程按期优质投产,创新采用“产学研用一体化”建设管理模式,成功打通科研成果与工程应用“最后一公里”,实现产学研用各环节高度耦合和良性互动,形成具有我国特色的输变电工程“产学研用一体化”管理模式,一举突破超高压海缆和380 m特高塔等世界级难题,成功实现弯道超车,助推我国电力工程建设跨越式发展。
