Development Status of Bamboo Bending Furniture

中国竹林资源丰富,竹文化底蕴深厚,竹材优异的柔韧性使竹弯曲家具别具特色,是一种理想的家具材料。竹弯曲家具是指以竹制弯曲件为主要构件的一类家具,具有造型独特、结构稳固等优点,其发展满足了人们对个性化家具的需求。不同的竹弯曲家具拥有各自的特点,按照竹制构件材料及弯曲工艺可以分为圆竹弯曲家具、竹材加压弯曲家具、竹材胶合弯曲家具和竹材锯制弯曲家具。通过对竹弯曲家具的类型、结构以及加工方式等进行调研,对竹弯曲家具的发展现状及问题进行分析,归纳总结竹弯曲家具材料利用率低、设计缺乏创新性、生产机械化程度低等问题,并提出相应的建议,以期助力竹弯曲家具更好发展。

China is rich in bamboo forest resources and profound with bamboo culture.As an ideal furniture material,the excellent flexibility of bamboo makes bamboo bending furniture distinctive.With the advantages of unique shape and sta‐ble structure,the bamboo bending furniture refers to a type of furniture with bamboo bending parts as the main compo‐nents,whose development can meet the diversified and individualized needs of people.According to the bamboo compo‐nent material and the bending process,characteristic bamboo bending furniture can be divided into raw bamboo bending furniture,bamboo pressed bending furniture,bamboo glue-laminated bending furniture,and bamboo saw bending furni‐ture.Through the analysis of bamboo bending furniture in aspects of type,structure,and processing method of,the state-of-the-art of bamboo bending furniture were analyzed and its problems were summarized such as low utilization rate of materials,lack of innovation in design,low mechanization of production,etc.The corresponding suggestions were pro‐posed with an aim to provide help the bamboo bending furniture develop better.
