定向结构刨花板的视觉评价与喜好度分析

Research on Visual Evaluation and Preference of Oriented Strand Board

为了研究大学生对定向结构刨花板(OSB,Oriented Strand Board)的各视觉特征与喜好度之间的关系,对以杨木为原材料的OSB图片使用Photo shop分别从色彩、刨片大小,平整度3方面进行2次处理,利用K-J法对印象词汇进行整合,用因子分析法检查各词汇之间的关联性,并采用5段量表进行视觉特征与喜好度评分,根据评分结果对2次处理图像进行聚类分析。发现影响大学生对OSB喜好度的主要视觉要素分别是杂乱感、粗糙感、廉价感以及亲和感,除亲和感与喜好度正相关外,其他三要素与喜好度呈负相关,改变刨片的大小、整体平整度以及色彩会影响大学生对OSB的视觉评价以及喜好度,说明可以改变定向刨花板的表面视觉特征来提升人们对其的喜好度。

In order to study the relationship between visual impression and preference on poplar Oriented Strand Board(OSB)by college students,the experimental images were reprocessed by Photoshop,and the likability scale was used to evaluate the visual impression.Based on the integration of the impression words through KJ method,the correlation between the words was inspected by the factor analysis method,the image clustering analysis was then conducted.Al‐though the visual impression improvement of image does not necessarily mean the improvement of preference,the quan‐titative analysis of visual impression and preference can be carried out to determine the specific degree of preference on OSB by changing its surface visual impression.
