基于互联网思维的高校思想政治教育创新研究

Ideological and Political Education Innovation Research in Universities on the Basis of Internet Thinking

随着信息时代的到来,基于工业时代建立起来的集中型、科层化的高校思想政治教育模式受到了挑战。思维方式上,要从科层化向平等交互方式转换;技术手段上,要从人力-经验驱动向数据-智慧驱动转换;工作方式上要从单向流程式向三全协同式转换。信息时代加强和改进高校思想政治教育,应树立互联网思维,基于开放、平等、互动、协作、共享等特征,更新教育理念;运用大数据、云计算、人工智能等网络信息技术,提升思想政治教育智慧化水平;提高三全育人的网络针对性和时效性。

With the advent of the information age,the centralized and bureaucratized model of ideological and political education in higher education institutions established during the industrial age is facing challenges.In terms of mindset,there is a need to shift from bureaucratized to equal and interactive style;in terms of technological means,a transition should be made from labor-experience-driven to dataintelligence-driven;and in terms of work modes,a shift from one-way procedural approach to all-round collaborative approach is called for.To strengthen and improve ideological and political education in universities in the information age,the following suggestions are proposed:first,establishing internet thinking,and updating educational philosophies based on such characteristics as openness,equality,interaction,collaboration,and sharing;second,utilizing network information technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence to enhance the level of intelligent ideological and political education;finally,improving the relevance and timeliness of Three Complete Education in the network context.
