低磷胁迫对葛藤根与叶内源激素的影响

Effects of low phosphorus stress on endogenous hormones in roots and leaves of Pueraria lobata Germplasm

摘要 本试验旨在探究低磷胁迫对葛藤(Pueraria lobata)根与叶中5种内源激素(脱落酸、赤霉素、生长素、玉米素和独角金内酯)的影响,为选育耐低磷葛藤品种提供参考依据。选取不同种源的葛藤(澳大利亚葛藤、中国湖南葛藤和江苏葛藤)为试验材料,进行3个磷营养水平的水培实验(设置常磷0.5 mmol·L^(-1)、低磷0.05 mmol·L^(-1)和极低磷0.005 mmol·L^(-1)KH_(2)PO_(4)浓度处理),通过酶联免疫法测定葛藤幼苗根和叶内源激素的含量。结果表明:葛藤根脱落酸含量随磷浓度降低而降低,葛藤叶脱落酸含量随磷浓度的降低先降低后增加;葛藤根赤霉素、玉米素、生长素和独角金内酯含量随磷浓度降低而增加;葛藤叶赤霉素、生长素含量也随磷浓度降低而增加,玉米素、独角金内酯含量随磷浓度降低先增加后降低。 To investigate the effects of low phosphorus stress on five endogenous hormones(abscisic acid,gibberellin,growth hormone,zeatin and solanum lactone)in the roots and leaves of Pueraria lobata,and to provide a reference for the selection and breeding of low phosphorus tolerant Pueraria species.Kudzu from different provenances(Australian Kudzu,Hunan Kudzu from China and Jiangsu Kudzu from China)were selected as experimental materials,and the hydroponic experiments with three phosphorus nutrient levels were conducted(normal phosphorus 0.5 mmol·L^(-1),low phosphorus 0.05 mmol·L^(-1)and extremely low phosphorus 0.005 mmol·L^(-1)KH_(2)PO_(4)concentrations were set).The contents of endogenous hormones in roots and leaves of Kudzu seedlings were determined by enzyme-linked immunoassay.The results showed that the abscisic acid content of kudge root decreased with the decrease of P concentration,and the abscisic acid content of Kudzu leaf decreased first and then increased with the decrease of P concentration.The contents of gibberellin,zeatin,growth hormone and monocrotaline in kudzu root increased with the decrease of P concentration.The contents of gibberellin and growth hormone in Kudzu leaf also increased with the decrease of P concentration,and the contents of zeatin and dictamnolide first increased and then decreased with the decrease of P concentration.
