基于FAHP的集团化企业安全风险等级评估

Assessment on Safety Risk Rating of Group Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis Method

为提高集团化企业的安全管理能力,从安全生产主体责任绩效的角度构建集团化企业安全风险指标体系,并采用FAHP方法进行安全风险分析,划分安全风险等级;以拥有8家子公司的某防水材料集团化企业为例对该方法进行验证。结果表明:该集团化企业的风险等级为Ⅲ级,安全水平为中等。该集团化企业可根据分析结果,有针对性地实行安全管控措施,也可为优化集团化企业的安全管理体系提供依据。

In order to improve the ability of the safety management of group enterprises,a safety risk index system for group enterprises was established from the aspect of the responsibility performance of the work safety body,and the FAHP method was used to carried out the safety risk analysis and classify the safety risk rating.A group enterprise with eight subsidiary corporations was taken as an example to verify the model.The results show that the risk rating of the group enterprise is grade III,and the safety level is medium.The group enterprise can implement targeted security control measures according to the analysis results,and can also provide a basis for optimizing the safety management system of the group enterprise.
