中山某工业园蓄冷空调系统运行经济性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以中山某工业园为例,对常规系统、水蓄冷系统和冰蓄冷系统3种冷源系统设备和初期投资进行设计估算。提出了两种蓄冷系统运行模式与控制策略,并以此为基础对比3种冷源系统供冷的运行电费和投资静态回收期。本项目采用蓄冷系统作为冷源时,水蓄冷系统比常规系统初投资增加1120万元,年运行费用节约574万元,静态回收期为1.95年;冰蓄冷系统比常规系统初投资增加1160万元,年运行费用节约519万元,静态回收期为2.80年。从后期运营成本来看,蓄冷系统优于常规冷源系统,且水蓄冷系统回收期更短,节约电费越多。 Taking an industrial park in Zhongshan as an example,design and estimate the equipment and initial investment of three types of cold source systems:conventional system,water storage system,and ice storage system.Two operating modes and control strategies of cold storage systems were proposed,and based on this,the electricity bills and static payback period of investment for the three cold source systems were compared.When using a cold storage system as the cold source in this project,the initial investment of the water storage sys‐tem increased by 11.2 million yuan compared to the conventional system,resulting in an annual operating cost savings of 5.74 million yuan and a static payback period of 1.95 years;The initial investment of the ice storage system increased by 11.6 million yuan compared to the conventional system,resulting in an annual operating cost savings of 5.19 million yuan and a static payback period of 2.80 years.From the perspective of later operating costs,the cold storage system is superior to conventional cold source systems,and the water storage system has a shorter recovery period,saving more electricity bills.
