摘要
探讨了V型柱混凝土施工一次成型合格率低的原因及解决方案。通过对相关文献和实地调研的综合分析,发现主要原因包括施工过程中的操作不规范、材料质量不达标、工艺流程不合理等。为解决这些问题,提出了一系列解决方案,包括加强施工人员的技能培训,建立质量监控体系,优化工艺流程等。通过实施这些措施,可以提高V型柱混凝土施工一次成型合格率,提高工程质量,降低成本,为相关行业的发展提供有益的借鉴。
Discusses the reasons and solutions for the low pass rate of one-step forming of V-shaped column concrete construction.Through the comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and field investigation,it is found that the main reasons include nonstandard opera‐tion,substandard material quality and unreasonable technological process in the construction process.In order to solve these problems,a se‐ries of solutions are put forward,including strengthening the skills training of construction personnel,establishing quality monitoring system and optimizing technological process.By implementing these measures,the qualified rate of V-shaped column concrete construction can be im‐proved,the engineering quality can be improved,and the cost can be reduced,which can provide useful reference for the development of related industries.
