荔枝APP泛知识类付费音频节目用户行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 伴随着“耳朵经济”的复兴,我国播客平台中泛知识类付费音频节目受到用户青睐。在对荔枝App中购买泛知识类付费音频节目的用户群体进行行为分析后发现,泛知识类付费音频听众的付费动机多是基于自我精进、心绪转换及维系人际关系的需要;付费机会则存在于物理场所与心理场景双层面;就付费能力而言,在节目感知有用性与感知易用性均存在的前提下,多数用户愿意对其进行付费购买。
