摘要 基于发展适宜性实践理论视角,以西部民族地区A市D社区“儿童之家”为调查研究对象,发现其发展突出存在的问题是:部分活动内容选择与儿童年龄特点不够匹配,活动过程一定程度忽视儿童的差异性;乡土文化资源利用不够充分;活动效果不够理想。主要改进建议:以年龄适宜性为构架,提供层级化活动服务;以个体适宜性为准则,健全个人成长档案;以文化适宜性为背景,创设多元体验情境;以教育有效性为目标,提供专业化指导服务。 Based on the practice theory perspective of development suitability,a survey was conducted on the“Children’s Home”in D community of A city in the western ethnic region.It was found that the prominent problems in its development were:some activity content choices did not match the age characteristics of children enough,and the activity process to some extent ignored the differenc⁃es of children;it had insufficient utilization of local cultural resources;the activity did not have enough ideal effects.The main improve⁃ment suggestions are as follows:it should offer hierarchical activity services which are based on age suitability;it should complete per⁃sonal development records based on individual suitability;it should create diverse experiential contexts based on cultural suitability;and it should provide professional guidance services with the goal of educational effectiveness.
