基于前景理论的大规模定制旅游指派问题

摘要 针对属性值为直觉模糊数、语言短语和实数的大规模定制旅游指派问题,提出了一种基于前景理论的指派方法。该方法提出正靶心、负靶心和平均期望值3个参照点的确立方法,求得3个参照点下针对每个游客在各个定制方案下的前景价值矩阵,进而将3个前景价值矩阵集结成一个综合前景价值,在此基础上构建以综合前景价值最大化为目标的指派模型。研究结果表明,大规模定制旅游方式下,从游客的“有限理性”角度出发,基于前景理论对游客进行合理地优化分组,是满足游客个性化需求、提升游客满意度的有力途径。 Aiming at the problem of mass customization tourism assignment with intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,linguistic item and real numbers as attribute values,this paper proposes an assignment method based on prospect theory.This method proposes the establishment method of three reference points of positive bullseye,negative bullseye and average expected value,and obtains the prospect value matrix for each tourist under each customized scheme under the three reference points,and then assembles the three prospect value matrices into a comprehensive prospect value,and on this basis,an assignment model with the goal of maximizing the comprehensive prospect value is constructed.The results show that under the large-scale customized tourism mode,from the perspective of tourists􀆳“limited rationality”,reasonable optimization and grouping of tourists based on prospect theory is a powerful way to meet the personalized needs of tourists and improve their satisfaction.
