福建农业低碳发展的动态演进及区域空间差异 被引量:1

摘要 “十四五”时期是碳达峰的关键期、窗口期,发展低碳农业能够助推农业高质量发展。构建农业生态效率评价体系来衡量农业低碳发展水平,运用含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对福建9地市2002—2021年的农业生态效率进行估算,采用Global-Malmquist Luenberger(GML)效率指数衡量农业生态效率在时间上的动态变化,并使用ArcMap软件绘制农业生态效率的区域空间分布图。研究结果表明,福建地区低碳农业生态效率主要依赖技术效率的提升,但农业生态效率在技术效率不断波动的情况下可以平稳甚至有所增加,农业技术进步能够缓冲技术效率波动所带来的农业生态效率下降。各地市间的农业低碳发展水平存在明显的区域空间差异。 The 14th Five-Year Plan period is a critical and window period for carbon peaking,and the development of low-carbon agriculture can promote high-quality agricultural development.This article measures the development level of lowcarbon agriculture by constructing an agricultural ecological efficiency evaluation system,and estimates the agricultural ecological efficiency of nine cities in Fujian from 2002 to 2021 using a super efficiency SBM model with unexpected outputs.On this basis,the Global Malmquist Luenberger(GML)efficiency index is used to measure the dynamic changes in agricultural ecological efficiency over time,and the Arcmap software is used to draw a regional spatial distribution map of agricultural ecological efficiency.The results show that the ecological efficiency of low-carbon agriculture in Fujian mainly depends on the improvement of technical efficiency,but the agricultural ecological efficiency can be stable or even increased under the fluctuation of technical efficiency,and the progress of agricultural technology can buffer the decline of agricultural ecological efficiency caused by the fluctuation of technical efficiency.There are obvious regional spatial differences in the level of low-carbon agricultural development among cities.
