摘要
透过创造性诠释,福建省立师范学校三杆教育的价值旨趣在于以锄杆明德、以笔杆明理、以枪杆明志,其要求可归纳为教学与做想融合、体育与军训融合、实践与情性融合。三杆教育所蕴含的教育理念不仅是知行合一,更彰显一种自主、自愿的抗战救国精神,是一种具有全人发展雏形特征的教育实践。三杆教育的核心精神乃围绕师德培育,其对于新时代的师德培育具有启示当下与烛照未来之功效。
As analyzed from a creative hermeneutic perspective,the value purport of pen-hoe-gun education in the Fujian Provincial Normal School lies in cultivating virtue with the hoe-rod,learning things with the pen-rod,and elaborating ambition with the gun-rod.Its requirements can be summarized as union of teaching,learning,doing,and thinking;integrating physical education and military training;integrating practice and affect.The educational concept contained in pen-hoe-gun is not only the unity of knowledge and action,but also a kind of independent and voluntary spirit of saving the country during the Anti-Japanese War.It is an educational practice with the characteristics of an embryonic form of whole-person development.The core spirit of pen-hoe-gun education is around the cultivation of teachersmorality,which has the effect of enlightening the present and illuminating the future for the cultivation of teachers'morality in the new era.
