海北地区乳制品中重金属含量的检测和分析

Detection and Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in DairyProducts in Haibei Area

为调查海北州乳制品生产企业及散户生产的牛奶中铅、铬、汞、砷四种重金属的污染情况,对40份牛奶、乳制品样品进行重金属检测。结果表明:部分乳制品样品中检测出铅、汞,检出率分别为5%、2.5%,且检出值低于国家标准限量值,而其他重金属均未检出,所有样品均为合格样品。说明目前海北州在售乳制品质量安全现状基本良好,重金属污染处于较低水平。

In order to investigate the pollution of lead,chromium,mercury and arsenic in milk produced by dairy production enterprises and retail households in Haibei Prefecture,40 milk samples and dairy products were tested for heavy metals.The results showed that lead and mercury were detected in some dairy products.The detection rates were 5%and 2.5%,respectively,and the detection value was lower than the national standard limit value,while other heavy metals were not detected.All samples were qualified samples.It shows that the quality and safety of dairy products sold in Haibei Prefecture is basically good,and the heavy metal pollution is at a low level.
