摘要
利用近红外漫反射光谱法获取酱香型大曲的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),建立酱香型大曲糖化力预测模型。该模型标准偏差SEC为20.2366,交互验证标准偏差SECV为22.0057,交互验证相关系数1-VR为0.7812。通过随机大曲样品对模型重复性与准确性检验,该模型平均相对误差为5.31%,表明该模型具有良好的预测能力,可用于酱香型大曲糖化力的快速检测。
In this study,the prediction model of the saccharification power of Jiangxiang Daqu was established by near infrared spec-troscopy coupled with partial least squares.The standard deviation(SEC)of the model was 20.2366,the standard deviation of cross validation(SECV)was 22.0057,and the correlation coefficient of cross validation(1-VR)was 0.7812.The repeatability and accuracy of the model were evaluated by random samples.The average relative error of the model was 5.31%,indicating that the model had good prediction ability,and could be used for the rapid detection of the saccharification power of Jiangxiang Daqu.
