摘要
利用气相色谱法(GC)和气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)建立了同时测定国际比对干邑白兰地中挥发性成分的分析方法。样品加内标后直接测定,分别由GC和GC-MS联用EI技术在离子扫描(SIM)模式下测定10种醇类、6种酯类和5种醛类共21种挥发性成分,内标法定量。结果表明,干邑白兰地中各挥发性成分在浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2≥0.9990),相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.0%~2.2%,留样复测和国际比对结果均为满意。该方法操作简便、选择性好、线性关系良好和精密度高,适用于干邑白兰地中挥发性成分的检测。
Gas chromatography(GC)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used for simultaneous determination of volatile components in international comparison samples of cognac brandy.The samples were directly determined after adding in-ternal standard.10 kinds of alcohols,6 kinds of esters and 5 kinds of aldehydes were determined by GC and GC-MS combined with EI technology under the ion scanning(SIM)mode.The internal standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the linear relationship of each volatile component was good within the concentration range(r2≥0.9990),and the relative standard devi-ations were all in the range of 0.0%to 2.2%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good selectivity,good linear rela-tionship,and high precision,and is suitable for the detection of volatile components in brandy.
