民族乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的必由之路——以浙江民族乡村为例

Revitalizing Ethnic Villages is the Necessary Way to Achieve Common Prosperity:Taking Ethnic Villages in Zhejiang as an Example

“共同富裕路上,一个也不能掉队”是我们党对人民的庄严承诺。共同富裕的薄弱短板和工作重点均在民族乡村,没有民族乡村振兴就没有共同富裕。浙江是我国经济社会发展较为均衡的省份,但仍面临民族乡村和少数民族发展不平衡不充分、产业支撑财力偏弱等“发展洼地”问题。因此民族乡村必须巩固脱贫攻坚成果并与乡村振兴实现有效衔接,进而采取以少数民族美丽乡村建设为载体,以城乡一体化建设为抓手,以深化农村改革为动力,以精准帮扶为牵引,以党建引领乡村治理为保证等行动策略,加快推进民族乡村振兴,打造各民族共同富裕示范区。

“On the way to achieve common prosperity,no one should be left behind”is the solemn promise of Communist Party of China to people.Both the weakness and priority of the work of achieving common prosperity lie in ethnic villages.Without the revitalization of ethnic villages,there will be no common prosperity.Zhejiang is the province with the more balanced economic and social development in China.However,it also faces the problems of“development depression”,such as imbalanced and inadequate development of ethnic villages and ethnic minorities,weak financial support for industries,etc.To accelerate the revitalization of ethnic villages and build the demonstration zone for common prosperity for all ethnic minorities,the government must integrate the achievements of poverty alleviating with the effective rural revitalization and then adopt some action strategies,such as the construction of beautiful ethnic villages as the carrier,the urban-rural integration construction as the focus,the deepened rural reform as the driving force,the targeted assistance as the driving force,and the rural governance led by the construction of CPC as the guarantee,etc.
