Toponymic Examinations of Liucitang Bei Alley and Its Surrounding Areas in Lishui

刘祠堂背是丽水市区内保留至今的珍贵历史遗存。文章主要结合文献考察与实地调查,考证和梳理了刘祠堂背从“三皇岭”到“富山”“刘祠街”再到最终定为今名的地名历史演变脉络,并进一步确认了今位于刘祠堂背西北的梅山背公园即为古“檡山”之所在,最后主张用“西至中山街与绅弄口相对”来表述刘祠堂背西界的地理位置。

Liucitang Bei Alley is the precious historical relic that has been preserved to this day in the urban area of Lishui.Combining literature review and field investigation,this paper examins and sorted out the historical toponymy evolution of Liucitang Bei Alley,from“Sanhuang Ling”to“Fushan”,“Liuci Street”and finally to the present name.The paper further confirms that the Meishan Bei Park,which is located in the northwest of Liucitang Bei Alley,is the location of the ancient“Shishan”.Finally it argues that the location of the western boundary of the Liucitang Bei Alley should be expressed as“extending west to the Zhongshan Street and opposite to the Shennong Alley entrance”.
