高校开展艾滋病科普动画微视频健康教育效果分析

摘要 借助科普动画微视频对浙江某高校大一、大二学生进行艾滋病健康教育,结合教育的实际结果,本研究探讨科普动画微视频在高校艾滋病健康教育中的应用效果。研究结果显示:研究对象在接受科普动画微视频健康教育后艾滋病知识总体知晓率从76.59%提高至92.14%,差异具有统计学意义。态度方面,96.15%的研究对象更愿意坚持正确使用安全套,97.99%的研究对象发生高危行为后更愿意主动寻求艾滋病检测与咨询。因此,科普动画微视频健康教育可提高艾滋病防治知识的知晓率,对改变认知具有一定作用。部分学生存在“知信分离”,建议今后的健康教育要注重态度和行为层面的内化改变。 This study conducted AIDS health education for freshmen and sophomores in a university in Zhejiang Province with the help of popular science animation micro video,and explored the application effect of AIDS health education in popular science animation micro video in colleges and universities.The results showed that the overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge increased from 76.59%to 92.14%after the health education in popular science animation micro video.The difference was of statistical significance.In terms of attitude,96.15%of the subjects were more willing to adhere to the correct use of condoms,and 97.99%of the subjects were more willing to actively seek AIDS testing and counseling after high-risk behaviors.Therefore,health education in popular science animation micro video can improve the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge,and has a certain role in changing cognition.Some students have a“separation of knowledge and belief”,and it is suggested that in the future,health education should focus on internalizing changes in attitudes and behaviors.
