Comprehensive Monitoring System for Operating Parameters of Switch Machines

为提高维修水平,提升管理效能,需要对转辙机运行参数进行监测。阐述一种转辙机运行参数综合监测系统,其可以监测转辙机内包括推板套、动作杆、表示杆、电机、动接点等多个关键零部件的工作情况,并以此为依据对转辙机内由运动零部件导致的故障进行预警、报警和故障位置判断,使现场维护人员能在故障发生前及时对设备进行维护维修,以最终实现“状态修”。

To improve the maintenance level and management effi ciency,it is necessary to monitor the operating parameters of switch machines.This paper describes a comprehensive monitoring system for the operating parameters of switch machines.The proposed monitoring system can monitor the working conditions of several key components in the switch machine,including the push plate sleeve,throw rod,indication rod,motor and movable contact.On this basis,it can provide early warning,alarming and fault location judgment for faults caused by moving components in the switch machine.Thus,it enables the on-site maintenance personnel to maintain and repair the equipment in time before the failure occurs,so as to achieve"preventative maintenance".
