摘要
陈化的中药多以燥湿化痰、宣气行气、降气收敛药为主。经过陈化,中药药气可发生和谐的转化,既能释放化湿、理气、沉降、收敛的药性潜能,又可缓和燥烈、火热的劣性。陈化的中药具有更卓越的生生之气,不仅可避开攻击身体的锐气,尽量减少新药攻伐正气的不良作用,还提升有益生命的性、气、味,使陈药攻邪而不伤正气,并培补正气,从而更有效地契合疗疾、养生的生命诉求。中药虽贵陈药,但也不能忽视新药,只有辨证用药,恰取中道,才能扬长避短,治病疗疾。
The aged Chinese herbal medicine mainly involves eliminating dampness and phlegm,dispersing and moving qi,lowering qi and astringing agents.Through the aging process,the medicinal qi in herbs will transform harmoniously,not only to release potential medicine properties for resolving dampness,regulating qi,descending and astringing,but also to alleviate the unfavorable dryness,harshness and hotness in herbs.The aged Chinese herbal medicine possesses treasured qi to nourish life.It not only avoids hurting the body’s defensive qi and tries to reduce the adverse effect of the new medicine on attacking the vital qi,but also improves the properties and flavors of medicine to best benefit life.Therefore,the aged herbs can attack the evil qi without harming the vital qi but cultivating it,to more effectively meet the demands of curing diseases and preserving health.Although it takes mature medicine as precious,Chinese herbal medicine should not neglect newly processed herbs.Only by choosing medicine based on syndrome differentiation and achieving balance appropriately can we prioritize strengths and avoid weaknesses in treating and curing diseases.
