Porcelain is a symbol of Chinese civilization which is widely spread in the world now.Armorial porcelain,as the proud son of export porcelain,began to prevail in the Ming and Qing dynasties.It is especially worth mentioning that heraldic porcelain is the crystallization of eastern and Western culture with unique historical value and cultural value,and it is an important link between Chinese and Western ceramic art.It has an important impact on Western ceramics.This paper will study the historical status of heraldic porcelain,the types of decoration,the artistic style and the opening decoration.
