轴向交变载荷对压滤机入料泵吸入球阀磨损性能的影响

摘要 以工业304奥氏体不锈钢压滤机入料泵吸入球阀为研究对象,通过施加轴向循环荷载,进行磨损性能测试。结果表明:轴向交变载荷的施加量以及施加频率与球阀磨损性能成正比关系;球阀表面涂层的金相组织结构为影响球阀磨损性能的主要内在因素;当轴向交变载荷的施加值与频率恒定时,球形金相组织抗磨损性能>絮状金相组织抗磨损性能>异形金相组织抗磨损性能。 Through taking the suction ball valve of filter press feed pump made of 304 austenitic stainless steel as the research object,the wear performance was tested by applying axial cyclic load.The results show that,both amount and frequency of axial alternating load are directly proportional to the wear performance of the ball valve;the metallographic structure of the coating on the surface of the ball valve is the main intrinsic factor which affecting the wear performance of the ball valve.When the axial alternating load’s applied value and frequency keep constant,the wear resistance of the spherical metallographic structure outperforms that of the flocculent metallographic structure and the latter’s exceeds that of the special-shaped metallographic structure.
