摘要
目前各火力发电机组普遍采用具有中间再热的回热循环,以提高锅炉、汽机整个机组的热经济性。高压给水加热器是回热系统的重要设备,由于设计、安装、检修和运行等方面原因,造成高加泄漏率很高。本文通过对两台2.5MW机组高压给水加热器管系的轴向应力和热应力分析,提出了控制好高压给水加热器启停及运行时的温度变化观点,解决了高压给水加热器泄漏频繁的问题。
At present,the regenerative cycle with intermediate reheating is widely used in all thermal power generation units to improve the thermal economy of the whole boiler and turbine unit.High pressure feed water heater is an important piece of equipment in the heat-regenerative system,and it features a high leakage rate due to design,installation,maintenance and operation reasons.Through analysis of piping axial and thermal stress of two 2.5MW units of high pressure feed water heaters,this paper puts forward the point of controlling the temperature change during the start,stop and operation of high pressure feed water heaters,and solves the problem of frequent leakage of high pressure feed water heaters.
