市政建筑设施无障碍化改造策略研究——以上海市延安路江苏路人行天桥完善工程为例

Strategy Study on Accessibility Renovation of Municipal Building Facilities:Taking Yan'an Road Jiangsu Road Pedestrian Bridge Improvement Project in Shanghai as an Example

随着近年来城市人口逐渐步入老龄化,“人民城市为人民”的人本主义理念愈发受到各级部门重视,人行天桥在便捷性、舒适性等方面的提升成为亟需建设改善的对象。以上海市延安路江苏路人行天桥完善工程为切入点,结合周边社区的出行需求,对其进行适老化改造策略研究,从无障碍化改造和建筑景观提升角度阐述在市政建筑设施完善中的一些经验和方法。在完善该项目适老功能改造的同时,一定程度上为其它市政建筑设施适老化改造提供新思路。

With the gradual aging of urban population in recent years,the humanistic concept of people's cities for the people has been increasingly valued by departments at all levels.The improvement of pedestrian bridges in terms of convenience&comfort has become an urgent need for construction&improvement.Taking Yan'an Road Jiangsu Road Pedestrian Bridge Improvement Project in Shanghai as the starting point,combined with the travel needs of surrounding communities,it studies the aging adaptation strategy,and expounds some experiences and methods in the improvement of municipal building facilities from the perspective of barrier-free transformation and architectural landscape improvement.While improving the renovation of the project's age-appropriate function,it also provides a new idea for the age-appropriate transformation of other municipal building facilities to some extent.
