摘要
地下结构配筋多基于裂缝宽度进行控制,研究通过在一定范围枚举的方式,分析不同钢筋间距、内力大小、材料价格条件下,地下结构经济配筋的变化规律。结果表明,基于裂缝控制和基于强度控制的经济配筋率差距不大,但变化规律并不一致。结构造价会伴随结构配筋率增加、构件尺寸减小而降低,特别是在混凝土单价较高的情况下,结构经济配筋率将接近,甚至超过结构最大配筋率;在仅考虑主筋配筋的情况下,高配筋率可降低结构造价达7.6%,通过简单算例,验证该配筋方案可使得结构整体的造价降低15%。
The reinforcement of underground structures is mostly controlled based on crack width.It analyzes the changes in economic reinforcement of underground structures under different steel bar spacing,internal force size,&material price conditions by enumerating within a certain range.The results indicate that there is not much difference between the economic reinforcement ratios based on crack control&strength control,but the variation patterns are not consistent.The structural cost will decrease with an increase in structural reinforcement ratio and a decrease in component size,especially when the unit price of concrete is high.The economic reinforcement ratio of the structure will approach or even exceed the maximum reinforcement ratio.When only considering the main reinforcement,a high reinforcement ratio can reduce the structural cost by 7.6%.Through simple examples,it is verified that the reinforcement scheme can reduce the overall cost of the structure by 15%.
