摘要
测量不确定度是基于可获得的信息,合理表征被测量量值的分散性,是评价测量活动质量的重要指标。测量不确定度评定,可识别出影响测量结果的所有因素及影响程度,有助于实验室通过消除或减低影响因素,显著提升测量结果有效性。电动机特别是高效电动机效率测量结果的准确度直接影响电动机能效等级的判定,本文探索尝试开展三相异步电动机效率的测量不确定度评定,不仅有助于改进电机节能设计,也可以为实验室改进设备、优化试验、加强质控提供借鉴和参考。
Measurement uncertainty is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of measurement activities,which is based on available information to reasonably characterize the dispersion of measured values.Evaluation of measurement uncertainty can identify all factors and their degree of influence that affect the measurement results,which helps the laboratory to significantly improve the effectiveness of measurement results by eliminating or reducing influencing factors.Measurement result accuracy for efficiency of motors,especially high-efficiency motors directly influence determination of energy efficiency grades for motors.This article explores and attempts to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for efficiency of three-phase induction motors.Not only is it helpful to improve the energy-saving design of motors,but also it can provide reference to improve equipment,optimize testing,and strengthen quality control for laboratories.
