摘要
本文研究了卡尔费休容量滴定法检测冻干校准品水分含量的注意事项及不确定度评定。最终获得扩展不确定度为0.08%,本批冻干校准品水分含量表示为:X=0.68%±0.08%,k=2,概率对称的95%包含区间为[0.60%,0.76%]。其中校准与标定时电子天平称重是测量不确定度的主要来源,其次是待检样品的重复性检测引入的不确定度。
The matters needing attention and uncertainty evaluation for moisture detection of lyophilized calibrators detected by Karl Fischer volumetric titration were studied in this paper.Finally,the expanded uncertainty was 0.08%.In this batch,the moisture content of the lyophilized calibrators is expressed as follows:X=0.68%±0.08%,k=2,the 95%inclusion interval of probability symmetry is[0.60%,0.76%].The weighing of electronic balance is the first main source of measurement uncertainty during calibration,and the second is the uncertainty introduced by the repeatability of the sample to be tested.
