摘要
介绍了大型商用厨房暖通设计的内容及要点,结合实际落地的项目案例,对厨房主要功能区通风量进行了总结归纳,并实地调研了项目实际运行效果,给出了大型商用厨房通风设计的注意事项。
This paper introduces the HVAC design content and key points of large commercial kitchen,combined with the actual landing of the project case,the kitchen main function area ventilation volume is summarized,the actual operation effect of the project is investigated on the spot,and the matters needing attention in large commercial kitchen ventilation design are given.
