脂肪基因调控的研究进展

摘要 脂肪是动物机体生命活动的主要能量来源,具有营养、保护内脏器官、促进养分吸收、维持体温恒定、抗菌等生理功能。该文阐述了脂肪对机体健康、畜禽产品品质、动物繁殖性能和脂肪基因调控的研究现状。目前,脂肪合成代谢过程中的主效基因还处在研究的初始阶段,因此,未来应采用遗传育种和营养调控等手段提高畜禽产品质量为基础,大力开展与脂肪代谢相关基因的研究。 Fat is the main energy source of animal body life activities.It has physiological functions such as nutrition,protection of inter-nal organs,promotion of nutrient absorption,maintenance of constant body temperature,and antibacterial.This paper expounds the re-search status of fat on body health,livestock and poultry product quality,animal reproductive performance and fat gene regulation.At present,the main genes in the process of fat synthesis and metabolism are still in the initial stage of research.Therefore,in the future,the research on genes related to fat metabolism should be vigorously carried out on the basis of improving the quality of livestock and poultry products by means of genetic breeding and nutritional regulation.
