Investigation on the Fertilization Efficacy of Biogas SlurryDerived from Vegetable Waste

摘要 为探究蔬菜废弃物沼液的资源化利用途径,推进化肥减量,按照等氮量原则进行盆栽施肥实验.采用沼液部分替代化肥以及单独施用不同体积的沼液,对白菜品质和土壤性质的变化进行研究.实验结果表明:(1)当沼液部分替代化肥时,75%沼液+25%化肥结果最优,白菜产量与仅浇水和仅施化肥的处理组相比分别提高了112.54%和44.86%;当单施沼液时,沼液用量为1.5倍氮的结果最好,白菜产量与单独使用化肥相比产量提高了33.21%;(2)沼液在改善土壤质量方面具有潜力,可有效提高土壤pH、增加土壤总氮和有机质含量. To investigate the potential of vegetable waste biogas slurry for resource utilization and promote the reduction of chemical fertilizers,pot experiments were conducted following the principle of equal nitrogen application.The impact of biogas slurry on cabbage quality and soil properties was investigated by partially replacing chemical fertilizer with biogas slurry and evaluating the effects of varying biogas slurry applications.The findings revealed that(1)substituting biogas slurry partially for chemical fertilizer yielded the optimal result with a 75%biogas slurry+25%chemical fertilizer combination,resulting in a 112.54%and 44.86%increase in Chinese cabbage yield,respectively,when compared to the control groups receiving only watering or solely chemical fertilizer.When biogas slurry was used alone,a dosage of 1.5 times the nitrogen content achieved the most favorable outcome,resulting in a 33.21%increase in Chinese cabbage yield in comparison to the yield achieved with chemical fertilizer alone.(2)Biogas slurry has the potential to enhance soil quality by effectively elevating soil pH,augmenting total nitrogen content,and increasing the organic matter content.
