高校国际化工作与中华文化传播研究

Research on the Internationalization of Colleges and Universities and the Dissemination of Chinese Culture

高校是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的主要阵地,国际化工作是高校育人工作的重要内容之一。高校国际化工作与中华文化传播要实现双向互动,高校国际化工作是中华文化传播的一种有效途径。一方面,高校国际化工作为中华文化传播提供文化认同的可能性,另一方面,中华文化传播赋予高校国际化工作以全新的时代内涵。中华文化传播在高校国际化工作中,既具有举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的功能意蕴,又富有赓续传承、智力支持、强国复兴的价值意义。高校在国际化工作中推动中华文化传播,需要引进来、走出去、建格局并举,不仅由高校向来华工作者和留学生传播中华文化,还要由出境教育工作者向世界传播中华文化,共同营造传播中华文化的国际化工作环境。

Colleges and universities are the main positions to cultivate socialist builders and successors,and internationalization is one of the important parts of college education.The internationalization work of colleges and universities and the dissemination of Chinese culture should realize two-way interaction,and the internation-alization work of colleges and universities is an effective way to spread Chinese culture.On the one hand,the internationalization of colleges and universities provides the possibility of cultural identity as the communication of Chinese culture.On the other hand,the dissemination of Chinese culture gives the internationalization work of colleges and universities a new era connotation.In the internationalization work of colleges and universities,the dissemination of Chinese culture not only has the functional significance of raising flag,gathering people’s hearts,educating new people,reviving culture and displaying image,but also has the value significance of continuous inheritance,intellectual support and rejuvenation of the country.In order to promote the spread of Chinese culture in the internationalization work,universities need to bring in,go out and build a pattern at the same time.Not only do universities spread Chinese culture to workers and students who come to China,but also overseas educators spread Chinese culture to the world,jointly creating an international working environment for the dissemination of Chinese culture.
