摘要
基于文献研究,从基本特征、认知特征、情感特征、意志特征等4个方面进行远程开放教育学习者的特征分析,并构建了包括4个一级指标和29个二级指标的学习者特征指标体系,探究远程开放教育学习者特征和规律。以开放大学学习者为调查对象,采用简单随机抽样调查方法,在对四个特征进行描述性统计分析的基础上,利用二元Logistic回归模型,对开放教育学习者学习意愿进行多因素回归分析,结果表明就读学历层次、是否首次选择开放大学等18个因素对开放教育学习意愿具有显著影响。最后针对分析结果,提出加大招生宣传力度、发挥开放大学的优势等建议,以期为学习者提供更好的学习服务。
Based on literature research,the characteristics of distance and open education learners are analyzed from four aspects including basic characteristics,cognitive characteristics,emotional characteristics and willingness characteristics,and a learner characteristic index system including 4 first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators is constructed to explore the characteristics and laws of distance and open education learners.Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the four characteristics,this paper adopts the simple random sampling survey method to conduct a multi-factor regression analysis on the learning willingness of open education learners by using the binary Logistic regression model.The results show that 18 factors,such as the level of education,whether to choose open university for the first time and so on have significant influence on the willingness of open education learners.Finally,according to the analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening recruitment publicity and giving play to the advantages of open universities,so as to provide better learning services for learners.
