摘要
介绍尿素装置大修停车置换创新方法,包括蒸发系统置换难点、创新改进方法;脲甲醛系统置换难点、置换思路及创新置换方法等。利用工厂空气和蒸发喷射器抽出残留在蒸发系统内的缩二脲;利用软胶管将尿液控制阀副线底部冲洗水导淋与甲醛罐顶部导淋相连进行排放;将脲甲醛反应器内部甲醛返送回甲醛厂,保证了蒸发系统和脲甲醛系统的置换合格。
This paper introduced the innovative replacement methods of urea plant during overhaul,including the replacement difficulties of evaporation system and urea formaldehyde system and their innovative replacement methods.In order to ensure the replacement of the evaporation system and the urea-formaldehyde system,the residual biuret in the evaporating system was extracted by the factory air and by using evaporating ejector,and the drain of the washing water from the bottom of the auxiliary line of the urine control valve was connected to the top drain of the formaldehyde tank by a flexible hose for discharging,and the internal formaldehyde in the ureaformaldehyde reactor was returned to the formaldehyde plant.
