摘要
通过长期生产实践,提出了夏季将凝结水与供除氧器除盐水换热的技术方案,回收凝结水中热量;冬季将凝结水作为化水装置采暖介质,采暖后回用于新水系统,利用凝结水中热量,不再消耗额外热源,实现采暖的清洁化;冬季为解决阴床再生效果差的问题,利用凝结水加热再生用除盐水,改善阴床再生效果。通过采取上述措施,实现了凝结水中低品位热能的高效利用,创造了较好的经济效益。
A technical scheme was presented to use the condensed water in summer time for heat exchange of desalting water of deaerator;and in winter time the condensed water was used as heating medium for water desalting plant,and then reused in fresh water system without other external heat source,therefore achieving clean heating.To solve the problem in winter time that the anion bed generation has poor result,the condensed water was used to heat up desalting water for regeneration in order to improve the regeneration effect.By taking the measurements above,the low level heat energy in the condensed water was utilized efficiently,resulting in good economic benefit.
